Terms Of Service
General Terms of Service:
- I have the right to cancel or decline a commission for any reason.
- A clear and unshaded reference sheet is to be provided, I will not go off of a character description (Unless it is a commission for a reference sheet).
- The client is to NOT repost my art claiming it as their own, nor are they to remove my signature/watermark.
- Reposting the commission with credit given is fine.
- If the client wishes that their commission not be posted or be kept a secret, please inform me beforehand.
- If the client wishes that their commission not be used as an example in Commission Prices, please inform me beforehand.
- Patience is greatly appreciated, I am still a working student, I have a life outside of art.
- My art is NOT permitted for any form of AI or Cryptocurrency (E.g. NFT) use.
Payment: All payments are only to be made through PayPal and after initial sketch is finalised unless commission price exceeds $60, in which case an initial deposit can be sent followed by the final payment upon completion. Note A deposit of 50% will be sent unless stated otherwise in Commission Prices. Payments will be sent to my PayPal @Xypha.
If a commission is cancelled by me for any reason, a full refund will be given.
In the event of the cancellation of a commission by the client, a refund will be given depending on the amount of work already done.

Commission Process: Commission will commence once an unshaded reference sheet and description of what the client wants is given. During a commission, updates will be provided whenever I see fit (For review on sketches, lines, or any other stage) and if requested by the client. The client should and is recommended to state any changes they wish to make to the commission piece during the updates.
- Please do not be excessive when asking for updates.
- Once the client is content with the finalised piece, an unwatermarked version will be sent upon the final payment.
- Changes will not incur any extra charges but will only be accepted during the sketch phase.

Commissions may or may not be on a "first come, first served" basis.
Rude/disrespectful clients will have their commission cancelled and potentially be blacklisted. Refund policy still applicable in such cases.
